There are a variety of benefits that accrue from sticking with a fitness program. It not only makes you healthier and stronger, it can make you look better, as well. We often have this workout 3-9 months before moving up to our next workout. But When we can do one real pullup and 10 good pushups then it is our time to continue the next level of intermediate workout. After that we can continue making our gains in both strength and mass.
